Our FREE ACCESS Open Gym starts from Saturday 8th June! Come and use our gym equipment in a friendly and welcoming environment. Qualified staff are on hand to offer advise, work on technique and form and help provide feedback. Equipment available will help with weight training, strength and condition and cardio.
