Tots Gym & Movement - Wednesday's 10.15am till 11am

Join us for an introduction of gym and movement for parents and toddlers. Our qualified gymnastic coach provides safe, engaging and fun movement sessions for children aged 18months - 4 years. A great way to spend an hour with your child and introducing them to fundamental movements that will help them be physically active.

Youth Club (Secondary School Age) - Friday's 6pm till 8pm

Start your weekend the Trin way by joining our youth club. We offer a variety of games, activities and themed interactions every week, all chosen for by you! We operate a walk in system for all secondary school children every Friday 6-8pm. With access to our state of the art gaming room with PS5’s and Xbox series X’ we cater for all hobbies and interests. Young people also have access to our dedicated youth workers who will support them through the adolescent years, improve life skills and educate them with hard hitting topics such as drug awareness, mental well-being and sexual health.

Youth Friday Night Football (Ages 12-17 Years Old) 7pm till 8pm

We know you love football, but did you know about our FREE community sessions on our 3G? Enjoy a competitive kickabout under the Trin floodlights, socialise with friends and develop your footballing techniques. Our Friday night sessions is for ages 12-17. As well as providing competitive in house competitions we also provide the chance to represent the Trin and play against other, local youth groups in our area.

The perfect opportunity for young people to begin their fitness journey or build on existing fitness. The sessions enable self training in a safe environment under the direction of a gym instructor who will provide an induction and demonstration of the equipment to ensure you get the very best out of your training.

Led by a qualified instructor, this session is a great way to keep in shape using different exercises including functional fitness, Tabata's along with strength and conditioning. These sessions are for all levels of ability and are a great introduction to fitness but can be tailored to meet individual needs.

Multi Sports Club (Primary School Age) Mondays 3.30pm till 5pm

Our NEW multi sports session is the ideal opportunity to try a range of different activities that you may never have done before including Hockey, Basketball, Rounders, Netball and lots more. Our coaches will teach you the basics and work with you to develop your fine motor skills, co-ordination and help you build resilience. Our sessions are great to meet new friends and help you stay healthy.

Our FREE ACCESS Open Gym starts from Saturday 8th June! Come and use our gym equipment in a friendly and welcoming environment. Qualified staff are on hand to offer advise, work on technique and form and help provide feedback. Equipment available will help with weight training, strength and condition and cardio.
