Cleethorpes Community Sports & Education (CCSE) is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Educational Support Worker to support children and young people accessing our education and alternative provision programmes.

Working alongside our education team, you will provide educational, emotional, and pastoral support to learners, including those with SEND, EHCPs, EOTAS packages, and additional learning needs. The role involves supporting young people on a one-to-one and small-group basis, helping them overcome barriers to learning, improve engagement, and achieve positive outcomes.
